apparently some Belgian fellow has been caught on camera while swaffling a police car. the Belgian police are not amused.

I lolled.

It seems it's for some tv show, and the guy is doing it deliberately. The awesome is that it being Belgium, the show makers are being fined...not for swaffling a tool used by the police, but for filming a police car without permission!
