Hoegaarden is 2.70 for a 750ml bottle in tesco.

Not very rare and reasonably priced considering the quality :D

Youngs "Luxury Double Chocolate Stout" for me.
A good stout with just a faint hint of choccy, and great big lumps of alcohol to round it off nicely.

Good stuff, not noticed any lumps in it before though!

Guinness - provided it's draught and preferably in Ireland.
Bulmers - cider that's in all the pubs in the Cork area. It's actually quite nice for cider.

Other than beerrrrs I drink Smirnoff Ice or Red Wine ¦]

anything but fucking Carling. Tried the Extra Cold on friday night. Tasted foul :/

Guiness Extra Cold, Budweiser, Nastro Azzuro, Foster's all get a special mention, for being easy to drink in large quantities. All seem fairly hangver free in my experience. Just not when mixed in large quanities :/

Right quick question:

I went to france about 5 years ago and went into a local village pub that had a sign for a lager that started with a 'p' had a bird of somesort on a red background. I remember it being the nicest lager I had ever tasted I just wondered if anyone knows what it is?
