When i'm pissed off, i tend to eat lots more than i usually do. Smoke more aswell.

I couldn't sit in the house watching a film, i would sooner be out and about to take my mind off things!

back on topic.. a long walk with the dog (unless it's shit weather) .. and if possible watch some movie that has lots of action and demands zero from the brain .. like Crank. smashing stuff in GTA-style games on a 90" screen also helps if I'm pissed.
