you know, it's the wierdest thing...my stuff NEVER WORKS....until I b|0tch about it online. As soon as I do that *bam* it works!
but unfortunatly I've managed to break something else now so life's still grim eep and my head's exploding woo. it feels like I'm in a airplane or something...you know, the pressurization thing? woo I'm off to bed laters

Heh, well Partition Magic 7 just proved itself to be magic indeed.

It's just made the contents (all 23Gb of them) on my 72Gb hdd disappear after crashing while partitioning the drive off.

:D

No more WinXP.

Oh and Mandrake still refuses to install so far. FS.

Linux installed eventually and it's working pretty damned well :D

KDE is nice enough, but it's a bit late now, so I can't have a right good run at it until tomorrow night :/

But WinXP isn't being missed much atm. Biggest disappointment was losing some pr0n ffs :D

Just used to it.

Finally fell asleep I think about 4:15, up again at 7:30, and on the bus into work 20 mins later.

Come the weekend I don't surface until about 2/3pm so I make up for it then :)

muh, got out of bed at 16:00, had brekky+cuppa, checked comp: everything fine read megatokyo,pvp,reallife,machall, checked mail, installed mandrake on reserve server by dropping in cdrom and pressing enter a coupla times -sorry Sar have no idea why it wouldn't install for you the first time, made new cuppa, got on the forums, here now

Heh nps TDC, twas my bad.

Only had a cd burner for a few weeks, so when I tried to burn the iso, I extracted everything from it first then burnt the contents to disc.

Burnt it properly with Nero and it worked a treat. Have it installed and running fine, except for a niggly resolution issue with me GF3: It won't go above 1024*768 without corrupting the display.

Have the new Nvidia drivers downloaded last night, just gotta get the nvidia kernel and do something with it first I think? :)
