Mad Dogs, is the dogs when it comes to BBQ Sauce. Had a nice one a while back from South Africa, it was called "Hanse's Revenge" after the disgraced cricket captain who flew his aircraft into the ground a few years back. Can't find it now but was really nice.
We do BBQ's every other week here. I even do the Xmas Turkey in the Broiler. Only takes 2.5 hours (6kg) and the taste is unbelievable, so juicy.
