agree TD is great for low hitting classes like bards scouts pallies ect
also the quick is quite low... but that wont be a prob if u got a fast wep like TD :p

Yeah, if you're gonna be battling shields, parry and evade you'd be very happy with a td proc. And don't forget to use Zo pets for that also so you can hit xD

Otherwise looks like you got what you need stat wise in there.

Just a thought: More dex/qui for better evade maybe?
