Base Units

Anyone know of a website that does a few base units only, i.e. a regular desktop PC without a monitor, and none of the crap (scanner, webcam, etc), but including Windows XP ?

Ta, nice and cheap, but for not much more I can get one of these which includes OS and a crapload of useful software (its the hardware crap I don't need).
