Last couple of nights we've had a few games on the BW (sorry , GAME.net :/ ) cs servers. It has been Very Good. They still feel just right, and what a relief to avoid the teamkillers on Blue Yonder, and the kiddies on Jolt.
Anyway, its been so quiet lately Ive barely even bothered to turn on Barrylogin, but try it. I expect we'll be there again tonight, so see you all there if you can make it

C'mon guys, lets stop whinging about it and fill up BW servers again, it started with just us KEA guys(leggie is still KEA imo ), and it soon filled up. So when you go to play CS always check BW servers first(BW1 in particular).

Well I'd love to come and be fragged by you guys.....in fact I was really looking forward to some TFC that Pippa set up last night.

But currently its all being spoiled by a terrible connection with ntl

As soon as its fixed I'll be checking BW servers and I'll be there.....although this probably wont be til mid summer knowing ntl

But if people are starting to show up on the CS Servers, i might play odd game on there every now and then if the time is right.

But my ASE faves is full of doubled up barryservers - I assume they've changed the servers around and i should just delete 'em

Do you have a static ip Lester ? I have isdn so obviously I have to find a new ip address everytime I log on, but I thought that was the same for some cable tings ??

Where do i get the bleeding custom maps for the "Pro Maps, MR16" server?
And wtf is MR16?
And FY maps?
And classic maps?
And daily maps?

Good games all, Im going to try to get on there regularly again , if we can avoid 2 v2 games for very long

ok MR stands for Maximum Rounds.

If a clan game is MR12 - the usual, although MR15 is being touted for CPL etc.

It means that each team plays 12 rounds on each team, and then they swap over, and play the map for another 12 rounds.

Essentially MR12 means first team to 13 rounds wins.
Hence MR16 on a public server means that after 16 rounds the map changes.


The only Custom Map on the pro server is

de_clan2_fire which is on the BW ftp, and theres a link in the League forum to it as well.


fy_ stands for fight yard, its basically team deathmatch CS to practice your shooting skills.

Classic maps are the oldies that are still as good now as they were back then, theres a few that are still in CS and some old ones that were dropped.

Daily is self explanatory methinks
