Who in hell disabled the Kick vote on Tribes 2 CTF2 server?

Have you ever experienced what its like to have a TK on your side?

Someone seriously needs to sort that problem out.

I think it has to do with a conflict between the new patch and a recently released script to stop idiots from making votes to admin themselves look like a vote to kick someone.

Hopefully the roleback to the last patch should have fixed this prob.

I was playing literally 30 mins ago and this guy was raping our own gens - killing teamates and generally being a dick and just laughing cause he knew we couldnt do anything.

Its nothing to do with the patch - kick vote is simply dissabled.

Admins - PLEASE sort this out!

Basically due to the new anti vote spam protection in t2
it bollocked the routine we had in bwadmin for voting hence why certain votes affected have been disabled
this should be sorted and back in effect with the anti vote spam in the next day or so

If you have a problem in the mean time i suggest speaking to an admin in #barrysworld on irc.

Uh oh, just played a game on BW CTF 3 I think it was.
There was some idiot called "Im_naff" who although was not tking he was definatly doing more to annoy our team than help it, anyway someone from clan -Bio- tried to kick him which failed, and then for the next 10 - 20 minutes this "Im_naff" person kept constantly voting (i.e. as soon as the vote failed he'd start up a new vote) to kick the -Bio- player who had tried to kick him.

This went on until someone finally beat him to the vote to kick a player thing (as only 1 vote can go on at a time) and "Im_naff" was kicked. None the less his vote spamming was obviously very much annoying everyone on the server.

Please re-enable a working version of the anti-vote spamming stuff as soon as possible please.

Why do ppl constanly initiate a vote to change the map????
I have left a server where there were 7 votes in as many minutes by 2 players to change the map
IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE MAP go to another server, there are enough of them ffs.
Will the vote spamming stop this? how many votes will it allow you to make? as this was 2 players (from the same clan)joining up to try and change it!

IMO the worst is when you have newbies constantly voting to disable Team Damage, it often takes them 10 or more votes to realise that actually others do prefer team damage.
