I just fancied posting in here again. I'll be coming and I'll be taking Damini with me (or she'll be taking me???).

BTW, that's a threat, not a promise.

I don't know how keen the missus will be on an all nighter so we may have to toddle off before 11pm to catch the train from Victoria.

The first train back in the morning is around 6am. That's a long night if everyone else fucks off around 11:05. :/

BOOYACKA SHAH!!!

Well here's to it.....

Oh and I expect copious amounts of illegal software there dished out of the shiniest of shiny cheap CD's.

*looks up number of local plod and cackles*

One-Stop Info Link

I've collected together all the info I know about BB 2002 here:

http://www.miggy.org/barrybeer/

After the event if people want to give me the URLs for their pictures I'll collect those on the page too.

-Ath, who got his train tickets in the post today \o/

I seem to be adding more and more info to the page mentioned above, including a list of people 'definitely' coming (i.e. at this point you plan to turn up, but who knows what might intervene to stop you).

Grab me in IRC or email to barrybeer@miggy.org and I'll add you. I preferably want at least:

1) Name
2) Where you're coming from (helps ppl know who they might be able to get a lift with, or travel with on coach/train)
3) Approx. what time you expect to be in London/at the pub.

If I get enough 'fairly solid maybes' I'll add them in too with a note to that effect.

Just in case, here are some directions to the pub.

From Temple tube:

At exit of Temple tube turn left and go up the stairs.
Turn right into Temple Place
Turn left at end of Temple Place, before the bend, into a narrow road / alleyway that has been closed to cars. This is the bottom of Essex St. Go up Essesx St (up the stairs) and carry on up the slight hill.
Turn right on the corner where the pub the Cheshire Cheese is.
At the end of that short road turn left, then right.
The Devereux is 10 meters down that small road (alley).

It sound hard but it's not, it sounds like a lot of back alleys but it's not :)

From Blackfriars Station:

Leave Blackfriars Station from exit 9 and walk down the Embankment (toward the London Eye and Big Ben, don't worry, it's not that far).
On your right is Temple, in the middle of Temple (called Inner Temple oddly) is a public pathway (uphill). Go up there.
At the end is The Strand, turn left into it.
Take next left ( a narrow road / alleyway) and you can see The Dev on the right.

\o/

Hope thats accurate.

E&OE expected
