bards and empathy?

what do bards use for casting, empathy or charisma?

considering druids etc use emp as healing stat and bards get a heal as well and are from the same baseclass

but then i heard charisma influences manapool and dd dmg

so what's worth capping and why?

Empathy is worthless for a bard atm and mythic won't even consider giving bards anything to fix the issue anymore.

Charisma is worth capping because it works for all your spells. Emp should be ignored.

so basically the primary caster stat is just charisma...(like int on alb casters) and empathy is about as useless as say piety?

empathy is useless for bards.... afaik dex is for casting speed and charisma for power pool, spells.

Yes. Skalds, minstrels and bards all use charisma as their casting stat.
