This is the best I came up with so far but as you can see the range is overcaped so should be possible to change the neck vs maby zahurs neck or so to get more power and af. Also could probably remove gov since it got shit util and get the 5 dex cap from maby the epic sleeves. Still this temp is fairly good.

Of course the one with zo, jacinas isn't even good on a bard since it got to low util and only makes the template shit. Only class that really benefit from jacinas is a druid when he saves a spread heal. But destroying your template on a bard only to save power for a mezz now and then is just stupid. (is only 10 % chance anyway)

Quite a budget template, nice enough for that I guess, but a good one needs higher power pool and some more hits would be nice, and you don't have capped spell range cuz the ring of heavenly bodies got 2% vs mobs I guess.
