Doesn't look all that bad, just uncapped charisma and hits that are too bad, and for some energy and matter are important too. I think if you would replace the Krojers ring with the Malevolent Darkspire Adroit Ring, you'll find you will get more hits, and with some changes can free up 2 SC slots. To get some more resists and/or cap charisma, or something.

Perhaps you left the DS ring out on purpose as it might be hard or expensive to obtain (i honestly have no idea what it's like atm with the prices), but i would take the time and effort to get that one and make your template just that extra bit tighter.

I personaly dont think energy is important if you can afford purge3... later in the fight sorcs tend to spam the lifetap more I think :>
and matter... hmm warlocks.. na dont think so with druid resist you will have 25 matter and add DI to that which should cast the warlocks chambers they are out of the game ^^

Here's template I've just built. Uses similar arti's to yours, and cpl similar drops. WHOM instead of Jacina's etc. but not huge difference.

If you prefer not to bother with +matter you can swap it off the SC gear for +regrowth or +power or whatever.
