hmmm kk...heard some about it but didn't believe it tbh. As I play mage in hib and other realms don't use lull. At least my qc has never been interrupted before. unless mezzed or stunned ofc.

No you get a massive increase.
The last AOE insta (47) has 4 times the area coverage of the lvl 37 one and longer duration.

I hate cookie-cutter specs! The Bard is such a cute class, you have NO WAY of gimping him. Well, except if you spec blades/blunt and bury all your points in it 
But, to help out... ask yourself these questions:
1) You wanna go out in the front and fight?
If yes, may i suggest a Hero?
2) You wanna do some really spectacular healing?
If yes, may i suggest a Druid?
3) You wanna have fun, sitting back, cracking jokes, mezzing and helping out your friendly druid? Then play a song and press the heal button if you dont forget about it)
Its all about having fun, really. And bards _do_ know how to have fun
