Bard SC set pre TOA?

Anyone got a decent 99% SC list for bard,

im not too sure what stats i should be capping except con and cha

something decent.. 3 resists at 24, 1 at 25, rest cap, including str to carry wood/ram etc (and to win bard v bard melee duels ) sure u can cap those resists if u drop some str, or get some decent jewelry. all those in my temp are common, some r crap util, etc.

that temp caps str-dex-cha-con-resists-regro, without using the wep slot, only instruments (and shield, when wep equipeed). so u can use any fancy glowy mace/blade as ur wish

I would cap qui before str. Qui gives better evade = more defence. You shouldn't really be attempting to hit anything in grp rvr anyway so str should only be a final luxury once you have the rest capped. Imo anyway.

No, music dont affect anything except variance on DD shout.
mezz duration is affected by the spells level and the targets resists + Determination.

Cloak is piss easy to get u could do it with your bard + a tank
the Vest is from new quest on Alta Fearann, also quite easy, just need a couple of tanks, and a bit of patience
