1) So far i never saw anyone running around with this , is it really that rare?

2) Why dooes the crown has 8 power on it? I thought Bards don't use power?

surely you have a mana pool..hence using power

i dont think its as vital as other things, but bards do use it

some parts r very good, others r not so u might get smth nice when combining crafted and galla drop, but ofc galla stuff is rare. but if u want to use the mana/end/hits regen str/con & dex/qui buff items, u need full galla epic set afaik.

having +power on an item is a pure waste atm, cause it's on the resists cap table, meaning you can get a max of +26 power at lvl 50 so you can cast - WOW!! - half a spell more at the cost of LOTS of imbue points.

i think u have mixed empathy/power.. empathy is a stat. power is dat yellow shit wich drains when u cast cool shit.. the power u can cap on SC is enuff for a half heal..

+Power is done as a % in ToA. Which will improve the use of the stat on SC kits, but atm its crap.
