Bard epic quests

Hi im currently on the finding the moonstone epic quest the one where you need fagans signet ring to talk to the crown woman, right the problem.

well you see having done this quest awhile ago and not realizing i would need the signet ring later one i deleted it/droped it on the floor (cant remeber what i did with it), and now i need it again :S ive tryed to transfer the ring from my character to this one by using a house vault that did not work.

I was wandering if anymore knows how i can get this ring or any way around not having it.

Use RightNow. I deleted a ring for my minstrel epic and they gave me a new one.
