If you finish Azazel as a Cleric you get 2 'charges' to choose from, 1st is King's Blessing (10% hp and af for 5 minutes) and the other one is Barbs (damage shield + every melee that attacks you gets snared by 70% of his speed).
I tried them both and King's Blessing works fine but Barbs doesn't work at all.
Tried it first in a duel with a caster and he didn't get damage return or got snared when he melee'ed me then tried it vs a merc and the same thing happend.
Is this ability broken or does it have a xx% chance to proc or something? (if that's the case then the chance to proc is probably really low).
Was just wondering as 70% snare on the tank that attacks you would be really nice for dealing with assist trains but if it doesn't work then King's Blessing is of course a better choice.
