afaik the char that wants to simmong the banner needs BP for banner ,,my thid bard is BM of wat was 50rvr guild for while will try later

well i think its based on bounty points so i guess if u were Gm of a guild that ran in 50 RvR u could build up the bps and activate it in thid would be kewl
