banner needed!

Could anyone please make me a banner?!?!??!?!

One which when clicked on a specific part will do specific things. Sorry, not sure of the terminology.

You'll need to do so in photoshop for interactive banners basically embed the specific url in the spots that will transport the reader to the specific webpages.

I'm not really an expert on this but anyway the following may help for making simple banners.
