Band of Ice....

Some1 told me that Band of Ice will become a very rare ring in some patch (dunno if it was 1.62)

I really cba to read a patch note just to look this up etc (if It even is mentioned in the note.)

Can any1 confirm this?

If this is true whats the ring gonna be worth then etc?

it will stop to drop in jamtl/odins (they will introduce rog there), only in raumarik
