Ok there's only about 3 or 4 episodes left and already I'm missing it, does anybody know anything about a box set or something and when its comeing out as I missed a few episodes and I'm always missing the beginning.

I'm recording the whole series for my daughter to watch. When she has finished with it I could post it to you.

I recorded all of them but missed last week *doh* i might buy the box set (if there is one) for my dads birthday or christmas so i can watch it again.

If ya miss em you can record them Wednesday nights on BBC1 as they are repeated

Based on the huge amounts the BBC paid to get this series (which was originally intended for BBC1 but due to events was put onto BBC2, oh how they must be squeeling now) they will most definately bring out a box set with it on, the series was recorded in full film quality and has 5.1 audio etc, what better than to put it on DVD's. I'm defo gonna buy it if it does, the series has been excellent so far, i'll even forgive the historical innacuracies.

Didn't the BBC partially fund it in the first place ?

I've got a couple of episodes on tape I need to catch up on, good series, particularly as I play WWII Online now
