okay so ime playing arround with my bain atm trying different things out and was just thinking has anyone tried this out ? what dos it actualy block? just arrows or ?

the magic abla in the SG line also absorbs siege dmg
and afaik u'll still die of a scout

well i tested it at thid lvl.
1st got a ranger to hit me...take out BT then see dmg..
then i cast spell and he got a message saying ...this target cant be hit by that type of weapon or sumthing..so it doesnt absorb the dmg ..it just doesnt let the ranger firer at u...or ur grp, altho i havent tested against bolts or siege...but i might soon just to see wat happens
