One of the arguments to keep "Gratz" and "Goodbye" threads in RvR section was that some people made friends outside their own realm so if these people ding a RR or leave game they would like to say goodbye to other people then their own realmmates or outside-realmers congratulate eachother on a RR ding.

Regardless of my personal thoughts about these threads i think this argument is strong and i can understand very well people would like certain posts readable for people outside their realm aswell. Since the RvR is usually read by all 3 realms it's the only place to do this.

So if we allow these type of threads in RvR we allow it for everyone and i'm certainly not gonna move this thread because some people might not know the person or think he is not "important" enough to make his thread here. The discussion if "Gratz" and "ByeBye" threads should be placed in RvR section is another one.
