In time? Mythic have been nerfing them a little bit with each patch since release.

Yup when they added extra spec points and when they buffed up poisons and when they gave them dodger and when and so on and so forth, you know what they say from the top the only way is downwards :p

If I had my way we'd go back to release when there was only 4 blades on the server and we had 1.32, and blades were rock solid to level (the hardest in the game in my experience) but rocked at 50 - that's why you stuck with them.

Now with epic armour 1/4ing PA damage, DF disadvantage, no one hit stealthed kills (err, I thought we were supposed to be assasins?), and RA's fucking up the game I'm out of here the minute SWG drops.

I played UO for 2 years, I've had plenty of experience of 10 year old cocks playing on daddies credit card nuking your arse and yelling "jU @r3 $0 p0wN3d!" ... I'd love to think of the pvp server as full RP with PvP with a purpose, however DaoC is the WORST MMO"RPG" I've ever played for RP - basically NO-ONE does it - the whole bloody game leaves no room for character variation, and in doing so, very little scope for RP.

The classical 'I got owned' -> 'It's because the devs have been nerfing the fuck out of my class, by no means my fault!'.

and no more 1-shot-stay-stealthed, so this that was an bug was a nerf for u ? how come ? you cant greif on greycons as effective as b4 ?


you can PA some1 running toward you at mach5, you can be chased and just vanish, you can stand next to some1 without being seen, you can see through archers and minstrels stealth, you can "root" players with your str debuff, and you have stun styles

and you cry about that ?

PA fails pretty much 100% on mezzed/stunned oponents after 1.52. So I don't see that being a huge problem really

no more missed PA's on mezzed targets, unless you do something very dumb

Poison is being made of body type damage, this decrease the damage from poisons (26% if people cap body resist ... which they probably would do as some mezzes are of body type) and as compensation for that we got a slow ticking dot that could be made with alchemy. Even if the 2 gave the same damage eventually this was still a reduction in poison effectiveness as it meant that you used up one of your poison applies ... i.e. you lose the str/con debuff. In most figts the max number of poisons you can get applied is 2 or 3 ... unless you stay in melee for a long time and swap out weapons manually (with the mouse). Then mythic removes the extra dot ... gotta love Mythic. Hmm, no more kills with perf + dot killing

Rubbish. Frankly, rubbish. I can't believe you think you've been 'nerfed' by things like Epic Armours. Correct me if I'm wrong, but -everyone- can get epic armour - not just assassins' opponents - assassins too! By that reckoning, I should scream that Armsmen have been nerfed because of epic armours! I hit people for less now! Boo-hoo!

And the staying stealthed having killed something 'nerf', well, that was a just stupid, and overpowered. Sure, you're supposed to be assassins, but does an assassin really get to walk right up to its target, whack out a two handed axe, kill it, and then remain unseen so that no-one can do anything to stop him and potter off to find another target? I think not.

I think that's just pathetic. If you think you're so hard done by, look at some other classes and then think about how you've been 'nerfed' every single patch. Really, have fun with SW:G. I just hope you don't throw a tantrum when the lightside gets nerfed and the darkside becomes uber.
