Bad lagproblems for Elisa communications users (finnish isp)

Started going chain-ld since the mid relicraid on prydwen half an hour ago..
Every time I log back in, I'm pretty much fine as long as I stand still, get some ~5sec lagspikes though.

However, if I start moving packetloss goes instantly red and I'm basically lagged to hell until I stop again.. then it takes ~20secs for it to settle and I'm fine again. If I move for too long though, I go ld :|

Had several people using the same IP as me complain about this, noone else has though. Tracing excal or prydwen ips gives normal <100 ping.. HEEELP! :<

Im getting exactly the same problem on mid/exc playing on a 10mbit sunet lan connection from sweden. 5-10 sec lagspikes and red boxes if i move or cast etc. If i stand still i dont get it until other ppl move near me. Started at 21.00 cet tonight and still ongoing.

I dont know what it can be, have searched my comp for any malicious warez/trojan etc but found nothing and tracert shows pretty normal results. There is some packetloss when it hits some level3.net nodes in frankfurt but dunno if thats the cause. I *think* that my isp did not rout me via level3.net earlier and i hope its not permanent as i hear they host about 95% of all spammers in the world
