News Baby in pram hit by train - survives

BBC News were doing the headlines and showed this video and the caption "BABY BODY FOUND", kind of insensitive seeing as it survived 'n' all... :\

But it was totally an accident, shit happens. Nearly a very unfortunate ending but like someone said, the mother would've had to live with it - I'm sure it won't happen again.

Slightly odd that she seemed to line the pram up with the edge of the platform before letting go, if she'd just left it where it was before delving into her pockets it would never of happened. But a knee-jerk "omg child services" response is an over-reaction to say the least.

Lack in parenting??? What like a lad under 15 having sex with a same aged girl? like a teenager under age smoking? Like a child being disrespectful? You caould argue everything a naughty child does falls under that.

I could, but i don't. I do argue that letting a stroller roll under a train isn't exactly good parenting, ergo, bad parenting.

No she would not, because someone making a mistake does not make them a bad parent.

Depends on the mistake as i said, you may hld a different opinion, fair enough, but i feel that in that kind of situation the attention should be towards the safety of the child and not your pockets(or as it seemed to me; fixing your skirt).

It's no one elses fault except hers. How about if she had one hour sleep and plowed through a bus stop for loosing focus for half a second? Would it be ok if she hit a kid? Or would you judge her and ask for some investigation?

I don't think the event is ok, hensh, i said what i thought about it. She is a normal person with normal parenting skills, this video shows something less then that.

It's an "accident" which could've been avoided.

Insults are a bit low perhaps, but you can't not be expected to be called cnut - this isn't the house of lords, it's the internet. There is a pattern to your posts that involve passive-aggresive provocation which usually ends up in another Freddy throwing an insult because of your tiresome garbage, which is why I always avoid you, your threads and threads like it (although I felt compelled to post on this).
