Public place, you can take whatever pictures you like. Still its a bit of a shame there are photographers who knowingly crouch down just on the offchance of getting a groin shot.

Not in UAE, you need consent of the people. Several photographers were arrested when Brad and Lara came to stay at the Burj. Paparatzi (sp?) are scum but I blame the newspapers and magazines for buying the pics tbh. Plus the brainless no lifes who buy those magazines becuase their lives are so empty.
