summit like that happened round here tho on a smaller scale.
the local paper run a story bout this disabled guy whos mobilty scooter got vandalised but was told by his supplier it would be weeks before they could get the stuff to fix it an they dont offer a courtesy vehicle so he would be housebound.
the article was read by a guy that owns a mobility shop n he decided to lend the guy a new one till he got the old one back from the repairers.
some might say it was a publicity stunt cos it also got in the paper but it was still a nice thing to do.
