No, the reason you aint going to see that is that, like Ive stated, I hate that gun and all that use it. I DONT use the awm, its a principle thing. Once upon a time I used it, then I realised that its a total pussy way to get easy kills and vowed never to use it again.
Since then, I think ive used the fag cannon twice. Once to take out an entire clan who were using nothing but the awm as T's on Estate (to show them how easy the awm is to use), and once on Italy when I accidently picked it up and didn't have time to drop it. THATS IT.
What you will see however is a load of kills with the m4/ak.

Sorry m8, I don't believe you. You can't sit there and complain about a gun like the AWM just because its a one-shot-kill weapon. I wonder if the generals in WW2 sat there and thought 'nah we won't use snipers, they're gh3y and the nazis will just whinge all the time'. Course they didn't! Some maps demand a bit of snipeage, and like I've said before, if you don't like being shot with it, then improve your game.
BTW, what would you say if I said I hated all the ppl who use the M4? It's one of the most popular guns, but if the code was updated so that you couldnt poke the barrel into walls and doors, and therefore couldnt take the M4 through vents, what would you do then? Complain some more? Or do what I do, and kill people with a TMP/MAC10?
One more thing, if this game was fairer, then ANY gunshot to the head would result in severe hp loss or instant death. And that includes the glock. Imagine how many people would like that!

I think it can be handy if the game gets inbalanbced with all the leet clanned players joining 1 team and owning all the n00bs like me so we just get the AWM's out and balance it, its not fun tho .
Hey I get moaned at for using a mac10 in buildings n stuff, I love it though I can get head shots whilst shooting at thier legs

Your right, its a game. And that weapon, in my view, and in the view of a lot of players that I know, is that the awm has no place in a GAME that has such slow movement speeds.
Oh, another thing, I think that the last report by US police forces said that 95% of conflicts that involved guns where "resolved" with a single bullet. Thats realism, so dont start the "cs is realistic" talk, cos its not even close.

Oh ok then lets just eliminate all the guns except the mp5, m4, ak, and sig. That'll make things fairer won't it? Then all you'll be able to moan about is how the ak is too accurate over distance, or that the M4 never jams when the silencer is on.
I don't get annoyed at ppl shooting me with AWMs, I get annoyed with myself for being silly and standing where they can shoot me. Haven't you heard of flashbangs or smoke?

Hehe... I was playing today, got an AWM as T, it was on dust(I think it's lame, but whatever, I was playing with a friend who loves it). Anyway, before I get Off-Topic, We was having a sniper war at the underground. The damn thing just missed all the time. My friend was shot down. He carried a scout, I dropped the AWP grabbed the scout, and shot 2 CTs in the head. That was awsome, and shows why AWM sucks, or not... And it shows I suck at AWMing...

lovedaddy, your sorta losing this battle so im here to give you some back-up.. i totally agree with you, its so easy with the awp/m. any player who has been playin for a few months, knows the maps reasonably well can get a easy awp kill on a straightforward map. all you have to do is get yourself in a good position to kill .
its like playing one of those gay rpg things, point and click, then occasionly do a little strafe.
anyway its only a crappy videogame, dunno why im arguing about it really

Likewise any other player who has been playing for the same length of time, knows the maps, can avoid an AWM user on a straightforward map. All you have to do is stay out of their way.

yeh no1 can hack it when anyone uses the awm. This is the standard reaction I get after a few awm kills (it continued for an entire 2 maps and was quite humerous)
hehe apparently my entire clan is banned from all jolt servers (lol) for using wall hacks, just cos the idiot couldnt hack the fact that someone can actually hit something with an awm and a 190 ping

fs, my pet hate is people whinging about awp usage GRRR!
I for one love the awp, I'd quite happily marry it if I thought it would provide adequate sexual relations (sadly it doesn't, yes I have tried). I find it tremendously (sp? ) satisfying getting into position, waiting patiently, taking aim and firing off a quick reaction shot at anything that crosses my path, popping their head like a melon
Call me lame, call me crap, call me a noob, call me what you want but I KNOW there's a lot of skill in using the awp EFFECTIVLEY against moving, aware targets.
A n00b cannot and will not dominate with the awp, simple, end of story. Someone who's put a lot of practice in and has a decent amount of natural skill on his side CAN, not WILL, but CAN. The same can be said of any weapon though, I've seen a clan mate demolish an entire team (8 people) all on his own with just an mp5 ( yes I know, 'tis a great weapon but it's hardly a 'super gun' in cs now is it?), deal with it 'noobs'.

Im still learning using the AWP, coz im more of a Mp5/Colt guy, but i need to learn how to use it quick, like, if i see an enemy camping (Who is also AWP'ing) my aimming goes fucked coz i have to dodge him also...
But i have tested one thing which works and this i feel is a good tip for new guys wantin to AWP:
When your against someone else AWP'ing, move around so its hard for him to get a shot against you, then when he least expects it and shoots, move and crouch and take your time, coz it takes what, 5 seconds for an AWP to shoot again, so use that time wisely and you should come out on top

Actually, firing the gun as the scope view returns, and firing it instantly, places the bullet exactly where the previous one hit. Which means that if the first bullet didn't quite do enough damage, the second one (providing the guy doesn't move) will finish him off. This is a tactic I use regularly on maps like Italy, when spawncamping as a ct.

everyone is entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it is. I dont need the awm to be good, other people do (ie the ones that have trouble moving and shooting at the same time). End of story.
