Just saw her on MTV's Ikon doing a Metallica cover. Despite the fact that she picked a terrible Metallica song, she was actually really good. Wasn't too sure about Snoop Dogg's version of Sad But True tho.

Shes done a nice cover of Knock knock knocking on heavens door, shes actually done it quite well and probs shes got a knack for singles other stuff than besides in-your-face rock

I thought all the covers of Metallica songs on that were fucking awful to be fair, especially her rendition of Fuel. She sounded so whiney and stupid frankly, but hey.

Damn, I forgot you can't call yourself a music fan and like Avril Lavigne at the same time. It's kinda like calling yourself a serious gamer and owning a PS2.
Anyway, I thought Korn's cover was pretty poor. Started off well enough, until Jonothan Davis started grunting and the detuned guitars etc got louder. They should stick to making music for teenagers in their bedrooms and leave Metallica's stuff well alone.
Stain'D managed to make Nothing Else Matters sound like the most boring song ever. I did like Limp Bizkit's version of Sanitarium tho. Oh I forgot, you're not allowed to like them either. I mean, how dare they play loudly and in tune at the same time. That just isn't on.

I like her version of it as well. I didnt think singing it the way she has done would work....but it does!
She may not be the best singer live but her recorded stuff is pretty good.
And she does look cute too which helps
