So i went back gym for the first time in quite a few months, all good except for one issue. Fecking blisters.
I've seen some ideas being panned around, about wearing two pairs of socks, or taping trouble areas up. It sounds gross though, plus surely if you wear two pairs of socks won't that just make your feet sweat even more, or worse cause more damage to your feet if the trainers don't have much give in them?
I was thinking of investing in some decent new trainers, but i also seen some sports socks, but that Dri Fit "technology" is fucking horrid on rugby shirts with how tight it is, god knows what it would be like on socks.
Won't matter much for now anyway, first day back at the gym and a few hours prior i felt my ankle aching a bit, went gym, felt okay and then today the issue from a few months ago comes back. Woot!
