Anyone had any exposure to the above type phone system. Am trying to crowbar access to the postgres DB behind Witness recording solution for Avaya phones. Most of the info you can find trail off when a Verint/Avaya dev comes on and says "you can't do that".
Fortunelty about 70% of the things i've done to the kit that you "can't" do, have worked. This is my last puzzle
I need access to the PG db on the box for data access during out of hours tagging of calls. This isn't mission critical as we have enough information to tag calls the way we want now, but this extra info would take us from being 99.999% sure it's that recording for that call, to being 100%. .001% is important to me
