Confused avatar mix up

When I look at Wazz's posts in a thread, he has Deeb's avatar, but if I go to his profile, it's his 'Bender' pic ...

Ok this is odd, on the PC its fine, its his Bender Avatar, but on the iPad its yours???

I've only noticed it on Wazz's, but it might be on others, but as i said, its ok on the PC

Slightly off-topic but I always thought hard refresh meant CTRL + F5
