Just out of interest is Avalon city classed as a dungeon therefore no kill zone?

not sure I get what youre asking about but I answer after what I think.

AC does not have a lvl restriction as the lower dungeons meaning everyone can enter to exp or PvP/PK. So no it is not a no kill zone in gamerule way.

Aaa i thought they made all dungeons no kill zones, after last patch , so AC u can kill other players then?

they hade made dungeons safe from pk??? really? not last time I checked, maybe would be a good idea tho :-P
