AutoUpdate wont enable :/

Reet, i have Norton Internet Security 2004 (/Antivirus 2004) everything is fine and dandy apart from one thing - The Autoupdate wont enable:/

I click on the enable button but it does naff, so i go into the options to be tricky to try and do it, and that wont either

Dont really wanna reinstall it, but anyone know what maybe causin this? Just think i maybe lacking behind sometimes on updating which isnt good

On a similar note, I've found that the autoupdate on 2003 doesn't auto update even if it is enabled. Downloads the new virus definitions but doesn't actually install them I do it the old fashioned way these days and just hit the live update button every now and then.
