little tip 
if u can auto train in stealth on a char and u do the level 20 command.
just use the lvl 20 respec to respec stealth and u get the auto train stealth points

You will need to raise your Stealth to 2 first before you can respec though, so it will cost you 2 points.
Shouldn't be a problem for most specs though.

hmm I have a lvl 24 sb. Im auto training to lvl 48. but if I do like bg spec now? and at lvl 40 I respec my stealth to 0 and contiue to lvl 48 with out using any point at stealth.. Will I have 12 in stealth at lvl 48 then?

you will have 12 in stealth at 48 anyway, the game doesn't allow you to have less weather you autotrained or not.
the only difference is, you will save points on what you actually autotrained (2-24, then 40-48).
no matter how/when you respec, you only get points for what you actually autotrained normalled (ie without /level).

for those who didnt know..
If u train stealth, and then expect that u can respec at lvl 40 to get the extra points... u cant.. it wont work. sorry but its true, i have tried it.
