Automatic Account Renewal?

So much for automatic account renewal, it's taken 5 hours so far to renew... wtf is wrong with it? Am i going to have to delete my subscription and remake?

they also have no way of changing your credit card details, other than cancelling your subscription and that's offical because I asked them

"you must wait until your current subscription runs out before you can be prompted for new CC details"

Shame other than that I have no problems with thier system, it's worked fairly well for me. But then again I dont see why we cant set our own passwords.
