you dont need 25% buffbonus to cap aughealer buffs anyway, only around 13% is needed - so with 12% you would probably miss out 1 point in your buffs - hardly that important

nop u have egg of youth there so cant be removed lacking ~10dexcap. and 4 spell range? so i guess no zoarakt or no sash or have gov in it, but zoarkat/sash is a must imo for any healer temp.

can see the point in Zo and Sash, but fail to see the point of GoV...

but i know that the temp can be tweaked, i guess that cloak is cloudsong, and it has overcap on cast speed, so can find either a high ut static drop cloak, or a rog cloak with dex cap to boost that... other then that is hard to say w/o seeing the temp

With 12% buff bonus your str buff will be one point from cap, the others will be capped. Hardly significant.

Sash is overrated imo. Espeically considering the effort it takes to get it, it's not easy like most other arties.
