I like it. Would go for some more buffbonus though. Higher powerpool, 45ish, and healing effectiveness would be great aswell. You have the classic tools for a "VN"-template. Egg, boz, sash, 2.10, lightning etched sleeves/helm and a rog hammer. Only thing you could switch would be CB. Its not really worth it with the low util it gives and the charge is pretty easily countered with a couple of spams of mess. If you can be bothered I would change that and get sum other dexcap item on necky or ring.

You cant both get 50+ powerpool and get capped/near capped resists, hits and con. It just cant be done. The closest ive come to it is this:

Try look at the template perhaps. It's all in there.
I have 54% effective powerpool. Missing 4 dexcap, 1 buffbonus, and 84 hits.
