and btw .. the 40 .. its not 40% regen .. its 40 units of endurence...
One start with 100 units and can increase it with TOA .. so if you have capped Fatique you wont regen 50%

i agree, 15p is asking to much for this bow. on another note, the 40pt endurance heal seems to heal my scouts end with 70% or so.
