In a series of attempts at making a masterpiece the number of attempts required to have a 50% probability that youll already gave made a MP would be around 25.

Is that a clearer way of saying what I was trying to say above?

Anyway - doesnt matter too much. 100% quality will be priced out of most peoples reach and will be fairly rare regardless of the outcome of this discussion

Well 1p for bidding is a neat price. But I (as many others) doubt ody has concentrated in making a masterpiece just for selling it. It came as a bonus in his normal flecthing increase , my guess atleast.

Ody is the one who knows best of his own actions tho.

And again, it's cheap . I'd bid if I had the cash (1.8p :O).

Fingoniel, it's not how it's done that is relevant. If one person should only concentrate in selling masterpieces and offering em for 1.5p and ody 1p it would be stupid for the customer to buy the 1.5p ONLY because it's not a "rip-off".

Read the caveat

I was saying 1.5p is getting a masterpiece cheap - the crafters themselves couldn't set out to make their own stuff any cheaper

Problem is that k9 and ST isn't EU players, ST is US; and K9 is elf. Which you did knew if u were on #celticfist.

And therefore their bids aren't serious..

And if someone should take it serious someone bidding 1.5p and afterwards 1.73p ...
