Attack Styles?

I recently gained the level 4 thrust style, but I have not been given a style icon for the new attack. Am I missing something here, or am I not looking hard enough for it.

iirc, if you cannot perform the pre-req, ie evade, you wont get the style given to you. so if you are an evade-less class u wont get the style
