i know there is a tactic for it and its killable with nec and bb but i cant even get him to pop every time i choose a chest its not him been doing it for 20 min now and im tired of it if someone can explain excactly how to do this i would appreciate it its the last arti i need and cant afford to buy it and i still need enc to

You need more clerics although it is duable with one and necro fairly easily. 2-3 clerics with some DI and you really shouldn't have any problems. I'm not posting how though as:

1. It's probably a bannable offense.
2. I dont' want to see it farmed worse than it already is (and no I don't farm it - done it ONCE for a mates sorc.)
3. It's actually fairly simple to get around if you think about it.
