Does the Achilles Heal 22% "attack speed decrease" overwrite the
38% "attack speed decrease" procc on the ML10 leather pants ?

I use these in my template on Kristanna, and no, I cant say that they overwrite the AH debuff. Will do some testing when I log on in a few min, just to be absolutely sure.
