Dont think its possible to keep the clasic target/healer/power/end bar on MXN, so i dont think its MXN.
Try posting it on the UI board on VN, a lot of people still seem to use the board.

Its Derida's UI , im using version 2.40 but ive had the install for nearly 2 years so not sure of what updated files i used for the market explorer window etc...

Not sure if theres an updated one out.
