this whole argument, as usuall, is a complete waste of time.

i have infact been offered the job and accepted it. the panel (4 of them in the end) were especially impressed with me, considering i had not done the job before. however, the 4 other people HAD done it before. i actually beat 2 others whod done the job before and they have created this position to get me in.

i dont know what i did or how i did it, but i know ive got a job and this time knowledge was more desirable than past experience.

hehe thanks. i still cant believe i got it over 2 people whove done the job before.

i must be more leet than i realised.

Not really, it's interesting to talk about things. Perspectives, opinions etc.

theyve only ust told me today they are giving me a relocation package!
