Not too good actually, had a mutual split with the girlfriend, as it just wasn't doing either of us any good. Sadly though i keep finding myself concentrating on all the positives of it now that it's gone. Also debating going to the doctors as i'm wondering if i have some form of depression (people keep saying it sounds like i do).

Doh sorry to hear, I found that the best healer for break ups is time, which kind of sucks as it can take a while.

dear cozak,
currently im working about 4-6 days a week but being taxed a whole fucking 20% on one of the jobs. it follows that my weed smoking has taken a nose dive and along with it, ive noticed my short term memory has gradually gotten worse since ive given it up. id like to warn everyone that smoking weed heavily is not a good idea unless a)you understand the risks first b)you dont mind living with the consequences and c)you can afford to keep doing it, because stopping makes you realise the problems it causes. currently im finding things places and wondering how they got there, or getting my self a glass of water and 30 seconds later wondering where the fuck its gone.

cut all contact and dont think about them as best you can. each day it gets easier. not being in contact makes you realise the shitty things about the person.

Working my standard 37.5 hours a week and looking forward to getting payed. Played poker and finished 7th in a 30 man tournament last night, not great but not bad for the first week of the league.

Erm..thats about it really, Just came back from Prauge and Devon so I am back at work now.
