I got the equiv of Triple Bs in IT.. Lazy the first year, so I didn't get my 3x A*s

Lol right, they wanted 300 points for the course, i've got like 240 and they still let me in without as much as a phone call

Heh today last year i was in amsterdam and got my mate to phone me with my results. I phoned up kent stoned off my face and they let me in

Anyway, you living on campus? Some places are much much nicer than others

Har har, I read in the paper that A levels are like, so totally easy now compared to when I did them. If the papers say you're all shit, it must be true!

Seriously, it's quite sad because things have gone a bit wierd with the education system such that if you don't get all A's you've got bugger all chance of getting to the top unis. I got CDE for Bio Phys Chem respectively when I did mine 5 years ago but then you could get in with that (even if they asked for BBC minimum). Don't think that's the case anymore because everyone is obsessed with grades as opposed to actual ability (something I profess that you cannot determine by classifying someone with a letter after 2 hours of screening).
