But can anyone gime some information bout artifacts? Cause I dunno what's it about really.

been trying to get scrolls for a vest for 7hour+ no but still no scroll ;<

Me and a guildy have been trying to get both the band of stars bracer and the belt of sun+moon artifacts. Think someone had done them before us so having to wait for 7+hour spawn time
